Web17 nov. 2011 · Took my first dose of Methotrexate yesterday (7.5mg). Pain started at about 2am and has progressively gotten worse. The pain is in all of the usual areas (Hips, Shoulder) but also there is new pain in Lower Legs, Lower Back, Left side Chest and upper back. Is this pain normal??? Im not sure I like Methotrexate!
