WebOct 2, 2012 · I've been wanting a Phoenix HP22 for quite some time now. My LGS has had "mine" on "back order" thru SOG for several months now. I'm not in dire straights RE: needing it right now but I'm kinda surprised that Phoenix isn't crankin' them out and "makin' hay while the sun shines"! I paid $199 for this pistol kit, which included a 3" & 5" barrel, nice lockable plastic case, cleaning kit, & 2 mags (i purchased 2 additional mags). The manual states use standard velocity ammo only. I could never get that pistol to run correctly using standard velocity ammo ...
