No AFIB, no side effects, I missed 2 doses in January 2024 and within 24 hours went into bad AFIB (135 bpm irregular). I took Flecanide and within 4 hours I was back to a normal rhythm. Since then I have not missed a dose and NO AFIB. Wonder medicine for me.
