Twice now I've noticed the "TT Match Available" icon on the map only to have it disappear a few minutes later. When you talk to the NPCs in question about TT they say they're "busy now, try again later." My guess is that it runs off of Eorzea ...
WebSome NPCs don't have a marker until you do particular quests to unlock them though, some of which aren't the type you're likely to have done if you're skipping sidequests, so arguably they're 'hidden'.
